Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Ciphera mobile application, related services, and any premium or coin-based features made available through the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Ciphera, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Ciphera provides AI-assisted conversation analysis, interpretation tools, premium reports, and related digital features for informational and entertainment purposes. Ciphera is not a diagnostic, legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or law-enforcement service.
3. No Professional Advice
Ciphera’s outputs, scores, summaries, risk markers, emotional interpretations, compatibility indicators, and AI-generated responses are estimates and opinion-based outputs produced by software. They are not guarantees of truth, intent, safety, fidelity, legal status, or real-world outcomes.
You must not rely on Ciphera as a substitute for professional advice, crisis intervention, legal counsel, mental health support, medical guidance, or emergency assistance.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use the app and interpret its outputs.
- You agree not to use Ciphera for stalking, harassment, abuse, surveillance, discrimination, intimidation, or any unlawful purpose.
- You must ensure that any content you upload, paste, or analyze is handled in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of others.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any device or account access under your control.
5. Premium Features, Coins, and Digital Purchases
- Ciphera may offer premium subscriptions, coin packs, or other paid digital features through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized billing channels.
- Prices, billing cycles, promotional offers, and available packages may change at any time.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the user’s platform account settings before the renewal date.
- Coin packs and similar consumable digital items are non-transferable and may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the platform’s billing policies.
- Refund requests, billing disputes, and subscription management are generally handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.
6. Availability and Feature Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Ciphera at any time, including features, pricing, AI outputs, coin mechanics, premium access rules, or geographic availability, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Ciphera, including its design, branding, software, interfaces, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to its operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimers
Ciphera is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any personal, commercial, relational, or legal decision.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciphera and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or personal outcomes arising from or related to your use of the app.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or certain features at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the app in a way that may be unlawful or harmful.
11. Privacy
Your use of Ciphera is also subject to the Ciphera Privacy Policy. If a privacy policy link is published separately, that document should be read together with these Terms of Use.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Ciphera after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
